Weather it's our Bourbon and Cigar night - complete with a cigar roller and bourbon sommelier - or our Blind Wine Tasting event where we guide you though the exploration of wines from around the world.

Meet our founders, lifetime foodies and intrepid travelers, who dreamed of a spot where you could travel the world by taste—right here in Waterford.​

Inspired by global travels and a love of exploring new cultures, they wanted to bring something fun, fresh, and worldly to the area. Think flights of dishes and craft cocktails that ignite curiosity with every bite and sip.

They are also serious about quality. Always on the hunt for fresh, delicious, high quality ingredients. The founders also have a passion for creating a restaurant where you can enjoy the full menu as gluten free. Needing to be gluten free themselves they have assured the kitchen is held to the highest standard so the food can be safe and customers can enjoy without any worries.
